Reflective practice groups build empathy and support a positive team dynamic, with a number of models available to suit groups with different needs.

Psychological supervision

Regular individual sessions providing support and challenge to staff and leaders working in complex settings.

Developing an individually tailored approach through contracting and informal review, we apply solution-focused and systemic questioning to develop a deep understanding of the situation at hand.

Psychological supervision facilitates learning and self-awareness for the supervisee and builds individual and organisational resilience.
