From a start as a teaching assistant, learning disability care worker, and volunteer on residential projects, Andrew has worked effectively in a wide range of organisations, including mainstream schools, day nurseries, 6th forms, specialist provisions, Sure Start centres, charities, and social care teams.
Andrew is an experienced Educational Psychologist, and a skilled supervisor, coach and mentor. He has been an effective and inspirational leader as a volunteer, teacher, EP and school governor, with a track record of impactful work to develop organisational vision and ethos.
