Services for families

Wellbeing, development, education

We help you apply positive psychology so you can confidently navigate the challenges of parenting.

Consultation

A one-off session to give you time and space to think about an issue affecting your child’s learning, behaviour or development.

Using solution-focused questions, we will establish how you want things to be, explore the current situation and identify actions you can take.

Consultation can include a written summary for you to share with your child’s school or nursery.

Parent coaching

A series of sessions with an inclusive and compassionate approach, drawing on family systems, infant attachment, and structured parenting programmes.

Using a coaching strcuture, we will help you think about the kind of parent you want to be, explore your strengths and resources, and identify your personal parenting goals.

We will consider what it means to be a “good enough” parent in the 21st century, giving you the insight to plan the changes you want to make at home.

Educational inclusion

Help to negotiate the complexities of the education system, including Special Educational Needs, Disability, Neurodiversity, and Mental Health systems.

  • Support to interpret and make sense of professional reports and assessment summaries.

  • Advocacy at meetings with education, health, and/or social care professionals.

  • Person centred planning direct with children and young people.

  • Summarising evidence for appeals and other formal processes.
